Extensive research supports the claim that playing sports helps to de-stress athletes and offers many other mental benefits. Webb offers 15 sports with 42 teams for all skill levels – all of which would help students better deal with the stress from school and maybe even transform their lives.
“Doing sports can always help me stay relaxed,” said Ivy Yan (‘23). “When I am doing something active like playing tennis, I no longer have to worry about homework or anything that stresses me out.”
