Amelie Cook
Amelie Cook (‘20) is a staff writer for the Webb Canyon Chronicle. She is a day student who has lived in Claremont since she was five years old. Amelie is a Taurus and she lives up to her stubborn reputation. She joined journalism because she thought it would be a fun experience and an opportunity to improve her writing skills. Amelie participates in cross-country since she enjoys running. She loves to read, especially mystery and historical fiction novels. Amelie likes many different genres of music; her favorite band at the moment is Cage the Elephant. Amelie is enthusiastic about the upcoming year in journalism and hopes to write more opinion pieces.
