Sunlight

The circadian rhythm is the body’s natural process of a sleep-wake cycle over a 24-hour period, which the brain usually identifies by light for being awake and darkness for sleep. Think about it; when you are heading off to sleep, you turn off the lights, so your body knows it is time for bed. Subsequently, if you want to wake your body up, a great way to remind your mind that sleep-time has ended is to turn on the lights. While any indoor light will do the trick, opening up a window to let in some sunlight is even better. The sun’s Vitamin D will not only boost your energy and awake the mind, but it has also been proven to improve your mood.
