Stretch
Even though the last thing you want to do when you are tired is get up and move your body, this is one of the best solutions to fight exhaustion. If a workout seems too daunting to imagine from the comfort of your bed, instead, opt for a morning stretch. Prefaced by a small warm-up, this activity will get your blood flowing and boost your endurance for the day. Stretching is also known to increase flexibility and range of motion, as well as decrease the risk of injury. Apps such as 7M Workout and Stretch Club have routines of various levels of difficulty and length to target specific parts of the body and even track your progress.
