People say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but this statement is not entirely true. A healthy breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Unhealthy junk foods can make you feel lethargic and heavy as you begin your day, so, instead, opt for high protein foods, fruits and veggies, whole grains, and other foods high in omega-3. These nutritional options will increase your energy for the day and may even help with sleep quality.
