Caleb Novak, who enjoys investing and leading teams, is ready to be that companionable CEO. Living in a tight-knit community at Webb, he learns from the kindness of others and passes it on to others around him. Team spirit not only taught him to understand the importance of cheering on his teammates until the last moment during cross country, no matter if he is injured, but also taught him to get out of his comfort zone and showcase his dancing talents during Theme Nights and Webb Idol, inspiring and making those around him laugh. His favorite memories at Webb are the trivial yet important ones that make him feel the warmth of his friends, including the one where the Target entry door beeps every time Dillon Anabi passes through. When he leaves Webb next year, he will miss the people that have always been on his side, the bonds he has created with everyone, and all the funny memories. Bringing these characteristics of encouragement and affection that guided him through his Webb career, this young, determined boy will be studying Business Management next year at Colorado College to pursue his goal of becoming a CEO.
