Gelatin

Purpose: My preliminary research taught me that gelatin is made from cow hooves. I wanted to investigate what else gelatin does besides kill animals.

Process: I am testing gelatin with enzymes in small samples of different fruit like pineapples, strawberry, and kiwi. I’m watching the chemical reactions and writing down my observations.
