Cinematic Los Angeles

Lights, camera, action! “The Cinematic Los Angeles” captured the essence of Hollywood television and film culture. The first day was an introduction to the major film spots of Downtown Los Angeles, where scenes from “The Italian Job” and other movies came alive. On the second day, Webbies applauded along with the other audience members at a live taping of “Wheel of Fortune,” experiencing the making of a gameshow. On the final day, the students went on a tour of the Warner Brothers Studio in Burbank, the home of several iconic T.V. shows and films, and strolled down the Hollywood Stars of Fame. This Unbounded course allowed the participants to go behind-the-scenes on an authentic L.A. trip by exploring the magical world of filmmaking.
