Jeffrey Baek (‘23)
A day student from Rancho Cucamonga, California, Jeffrey’s favorite class is Evolutionary Biology, because Webb’s science program is a lot different than the science classes he took at his previous school, especially since he gets to participate in labs. In the most recent lab, his classmates calculated the speed of different dinosaurs from the Raymond M. Alf Museum of Paleontology. Jeffrey enjoyed learning from this new experience and thought it was interesting to work in the museum. He is excited to try new things at Webb, learn more about his class, and meet more people. Jeffrey has already become immersed in the Webb community by playing water polo and performing in the orchestra; he also plans on playing tennis in the spring. Additionally, Jeffrey plays a wide variety of video games such as “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds,” “Shellshock,” and “Call of Duty: Black Ops.”
