The Food For Thought group watches Food Director Armando Amezcua demonstrate how to properly pack a lunch box. To start off their Unbounded Program, students helped dining hall staff prepare sack lunches for other Unbounded Programs on that day. They divided responsibilities and formed an assembly line to fill, seal, and pack food boxes, and through this experience, Webb students received a glimpse of Webb dining hall staff’s daily responsibilities.
