Conrad Poon

At an intimidating height of 5’3”, Conrad Poon is everyone’s favorite short king senior. Besides his height, Conrad serves as the co-chair of the WSC dorm prefects in Reynolds, participating in clubs and projects like MUN and KWEB, and being a member of the Tonics, Webb’s own student-organized band that all Webb students love. Conrad not only embodies the qualities of a great leader, but also loves spending time with his friends, where he is not only constantly cracking jokes, but he also shows a great level of care and kindness towards others. Hobby–wise, Conrad loves playing guitar and has been playing for about 9 years. Even with being the short king, he brings a lot into sports. He plays water polo, wrestling, and swimming, a likely cause of his constant sleep deprivation. Swimming is not just a hobby for Conrad, but he also is one of Webb’s swim team captains. After Webb, Conrad plans on attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, and will continue to not get enough sleep while studying for his master’s degree in computer engineering. On top of that, he will be striving to finally get a driver’s license. A funny and kind person, Conrad has formed many cherished memories with his friends through his Webb career and looks forward to many more to come when he goes to college.
