Jordon Sun

Jordon will never forget Hanson’s birthday party last year. Thinking his love for Hanson would not exceed his fear of heights, Jordon spent the entire day on roller coaster after roller coaster.  Not only is this one of his favorite memories, but it describes Jordon’s journey at Webb perfectly. Jordon’s rating of each semester of Webb has gone from 2s to 9s but always remembers that his friends were there for him Jordon is very determined and has worked extremely hard to get where he is, facing bumps and derailing but persevering, just like Six Flags. Jordon resonates with a quote said by one of the most resilient characters he is ever watched, Kamina from Gurren Lagann: “Listen, Simon. Never Forget. Just believe in yourself. Not in the Simon that I believe in; not in the Kamina that you believe in. Have faith in the Simon who believes in you.” His friends know that he will always believe in them, getting them through hard times. Deep down in Jordon’s DNA, there is an imprint of the recipe for Hanianese chicken rice, even though he would probably prefer a plate of sushi. At USC, he plans to make bold decisions, perusing his interest in game design and drilling into the future prepared for more roller coasters ahead.
