Bryan Oglesby

Bryan swears he stumbled into stardom; however, the well-initiated know that he was born for the spotlight. Bryan Oglesby: captain of the football team, a track star, a head peer advisor, an actor, a model, and one of the most likable human beings on Webb’s campus was born mere miles away from the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles, California. He moved to Alta Loma at a very young age and attended Stork Elementary where, as class president, his aptitude for leadership was on full display––his elementary school commencement speech is an inspiring watch. When Bryan came to Webb, he quickly became a fan favorite on and off the football field. He ran through entire teams during his freshman year, bringing Webb an astounding 766 yards in only eight games! One corny 80s movie training montage later, Bryan’s compassion and humility have reached new heights. Now, he is a role model and mentor to many underclassmen as Webb’s Master Oogway. Like this wise sage, Bryan Oglesby will be moving on to the University of Chicago to study business economics. While he may be a couple thousand miles away, Bryan’s spirit will live on in the hearts and minds of all Webb students who had the pleasure of meeting him.

Bryan is extremely generous. He’s always willing to be my personal Uber driver, is usually seen flashing a cheery smile, and will always offer you his jacket though that may just be because Bryan wants to show you his muscles.
