Socal Marine Scene: Snorkel, Surf & Science
The entire trip was a lot of fun, even though it was cold. We all had a good time at the beach, but my favorite part was the car rides.

Students experienced the beach scene as they travelled along the coast for three ocean-filled days. The first beach they visited was Laguna Beach, where Mr. Quick discovered tidepools with his students. They spent the rest of the day under the sun before eating at Husky Boy Burgers. The second day, they embarked on a trip to Newport Beach in search of a relaxed day by the ocean as they snorkeled the entire time only to take a break to enjoy Chronic Tacos. The last day of their trip, they travelled to Hermosa Beach despite the cold wind and weather. Even though the temperature deterred some from getting in the water, Ryan Place (‘18), Emily Schoffman (‘19), and Juan Pablo Calderoni (‘19) along with others, hopped in to enjoy their last day together.
