Aidan Helgeson

If you ever had the chance to walk through the Alamo Archway, you most likely will be kindly greeted by Aidan Helgeson, dorm prefect of the Alamo. Originally born in Sierra Madre, California, Aidan has learned many valuable lessons growing up and now knows how to avoid getting the nickname ‘0-7’ when asking girls out. Aidan is a kind soul and is always there to help a friend in need, or bring people together for Webb Idol every year, an event he loves because of how unique it is to Webb. Peccary trips over the summer will always bring a smile to his face, but looking back at his four years, Webb has taught him to not overthink all the actions he makes because at the end of the day, “you grow as a person and people will eventually forgive you over time.” He lives his day-to-day following his favorite quote by Ted Lasso, “Don’t let the wisdom of age be wasted on you.” Aidan has spent his time at Webb building connections with teachers like Mr. Caldwell, running cross country, and hovering over the bagel bar. During the weekends, you can find Aidan listening to “Pass the Dutchie” by Musical Youth or watching movies like The Big Lebowski with fellow Alamo boarders. He is eager to study at Colorado College and further explore his interests, possibly managing a sports team one day.
