Justin Pan

Justin+Pan

Hailing from Guangzhou, China, Justin Pan has made a smashing impression on Webb’s campus. Contrary to his reserved and poised dispositions, Justin is known to be the competitive player in the badminton team. Regardless of what opponents he is facing, Justin always competes with an unmatched determination to perform his best and leave no regrets on the field. As the captain and 2023 most valuable player on the badminton team, Justin’s passion and dedication for the sport is an inspiration for all his teammates. Outside the realm of badminton, Justin is a compassionate friend and a diligent student. His love for math has led him to become the president of the math club. While fiercely tackling difficult math problems with his club members, Justin also uses his knowledge of math to help others, never hesitating to tutor a friend who needs help with math. In addition, Justin is also a loving big brother and a proud dog owner. With his younger sister Rebecca joining Webb this year, Justin is there every step along the way to offer guidance and mentorship. His adorable corgi, Happy, also appears in his social media posts constantly, bringing joy and comfort to all of Justin’s friends. Next year, Justin would embark on exciting new adventures at Duke University. Though what future holds for him is unknown, it is certain that Justin’s kindness and passion would allow him to thrive as a Blue Devil.

Justin has strong moral standards, which he uses to teach me life lessons that help me grow. He is an interesting, handsome, and lovely person.
