No one embraces speed quite like Isaac Nicolosi (‘25). A tri-sport varsity athlete, Isaac lives for the fast pace, whether he is sprinting along the cross-country course, locking down defense as a center back on the soccer field, or saving a point in a doubles match. However, his love for speed doesn’t stop at high school sports; Isaac is a passionate Formula 1 enthusiast, captivated not just by the drama and adrenaline, but by the intricate mechanics and engineering that make it all possible. His excitement for Formula 1 has influenced his passion for engineering and STEM subjects at Webb, with his favorite class being AP Calculus BC with Dr. Ngyuen, whom he credits for inspiring his love of mathematics. Just like a fine-tuned car, Isaac doesn’t waste a second. Whether he is building a Lego set in David Liu’s (‘25) room at night or cruising through Los Angeles on weekend adventures, he is always chasing the next memory. As Isaac finishes his final lap at Webb, he is shifting gears toward Cal Poly Pomona with a major in Aerospace Engineering, prepared to design the cars that inspire him, with the goal of eventually becoming an aerodynamics engineer. Isaac lives life in the fast lane, and the road ahead is wide open.
