Known for her comforting, sociable personality, Lauren Duffy has truly mastered what it means to be a walking ray of sunshine. She not only opens her home in La Verne to friends, but she embodies the definition of home. Born on the summer solstice, Lauren can naturally light up any room with just her laughter and smile. While she may be leading charge on Webb Day/Webb Night with a blue bandana and face paint in hand, she simultaneously brings her leadership skills into the peer advisors and as a captain for both the soccer and golf teams. After spending the day driving around with friends and stopping for Acai, Lauren loves to relax by reading, re–watching Harry Potter, and of course, soaking up the sun in her backyard. In every space, Lauren knows just how to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which she will bring to her dream book editing shop in London As she heads to St. Andrews University in Scotland, she will bring her passion for writing and global gender studies with her. Lauren will undoubtedly be the sunshine to her new community, just like she is to ours.
