When Miranda Li (‘27) is spotted off campus, you will likely find her practicing her golf skills independently or with the VWS Varsity Golf team. Coming to Webb from right down the street in Claremont, Miranda is a true athlete. Her diligence makes her a vital member of the team and the type of friend anyone would be lucky to have. Miranda uses her precise skills beyond golf and exhibits a natural ability to stay focused; however, she also knows when to have fun and enjoy time with her teammates. Off the golf course, Miranda enjoys watching zombie–themed K–Dramas with her mom and chatting it up with her friends. In the classroom Miranda also exhibits the same consistency as she does on the golf course: she excels in delivering speeches for debate and has a strong ability to produce quality writing in her humanities classes. Miranda will undoubtedly bring these characteristics into her first year as a staff writer and shape a year of consistency for the Webb Canyon Chronicle.
