Xi Jinping, pictured left, and Joe Biden, pictured right, engage in negotiation over educational issues in front of a school. This debate represents the tension between the United States and China, which has largely affected education. “As an international student here, I need to juggle between my identity as a Chinese person and also this questionable relationship between US and China,” Joy Li (‘24) said.
