Albert Taylor is the kind of person who makes everything he touches a little better — and four years of proof backs that up. In the pool, Albert has been a varsity water polo standout since day one, earning captaincy through the natural leadership he brings every time he steps in the water. On the mat, he has spent four years competing in wrestling, and on the diamond, he added two years of baseball to an already impressive athletic résumé. Three sports. Four years. Zero shortcuts. But Albert’s energy doesn’t stop at the bell. Whether he’s bringing sharp, thoughtful ideas to discussions in Advanced Studies LA Literary Culture or creating funny video projects in Honors Medicinal Chemistry, he shows up as someone who genuinely cares — about his ideas, his classmates, and his community. He is also a role model at home, setting the bar high for his younger brother Aiden Taylor (‘28). This fall, Albert will head to Occidental College, where — if his high school career is any indication — he will waste no time making his mark. Oxy, you’re in good hands.
