Connor Walker, Co-Editor of Culture and Lifestyle
Connor Walker (‘19) is a man of many talents; he can safely handle knives and can even walk to Westfield Santa Anita from his home in Arcadia. While he considers himself more of a creative writer, Connor participated in middle school newspaper and will utilize his experience during his first year of work at the Webb Canyon Chronicle. Connor learned to be prepared and efficient during his six years with the Boy Scouts. Along his journey to achieving the rank of First Class, he learned to appreciate nature, develop survival skills, and nurture a love for antiques. He likes etymologies and is interested in anthropology. Perhaps one day he will study archaeology or work in a museum. Until then, he will try to find a way to use the word “apian” in his writing. He read Sirens of Titan by Kurt Vonnegut and you probably should read it, too.
