Sochika Ndibe may not be the loudest in every room, but she is the most graceful—a trait she acquired from being a dancer. Sochika’s love and passion for dancing has been established since she was young. Although Sochika might seem stoic at first glance, there is more passion and folly below the surface. Outside of dancing, Sochika brings her grace to the Head Prefect team, the Black Affinity, and the Varsity Basketball team, where she harnesses her responsible and caring nature to lead her peers. Whether it’s dancing, creating fashion designs, or going on random side-quests with her friends, Sochika always keeps her poise while still having fun. Sochika plans to study biomedical engineering at Virginia Tech, with the intention of going to medical school. As Sochika dances into the future, we all hope she’ll leave behind an air of grace and wisdom for us all to learn from.
