For Ethan Gutierrez, life at Webb meant late-night dorm hangouts, sports games, and watching superhero shows like “The Boys” with friends. His Webb experience has been shaped by the steady rhythm of friendship and everyday campus life. The anchor of his friend group and community, Ethan offers his reliable presence to North Hutch as a prefect this year, building the kind of environment he values most: close-knit, relaxed, and easygoing.  Now more fully engaged in the Webb community, he wishes that he had pushed himself earlier to step out of his comfort zone and engage more with campus life, noting that from sophomore year onward he became far more involved in events like Homecoming and Prom while also spending more time off campus and building closer connections with friends. Ethan leaves Webb for Dickinson College with a clearer sense of direction, shaped the communities he built along the way.
