Cathy Yan, Co-Editor of Features
Cathy Yan (‘19) is a senior boarding student from Beijing, China. She calls Beijing home, but has also lived in Canada and the United States. Although this is her first year in journalism, she serves as the Editor of Features for the Webb Canyon Chronicle. Cathy has always had a passion for news and she is excited to pursue her love for writing through her articles featuring different aspects of Webb life. Cathy serves as a leader in many different forms at Webb. She is the head of peer advisors as well as a captain of the debate team. Two years ago, Cathy helped lead the JV basketball team to their only two successful victories of the season. On weekends, you can find Cathy with her friends at Santa Anita Westfield Mall.
