Webb Canyon Chronicle

Jenny Wang, Staff Writer

After reading the Webb Canyon Chronicle for a year, Jenny Wang (‘24) joins the publication as a staff writer, excited to expand her interests from all things literary to everything journalistic. As a huge Jane Austen fan, Jenny’s reading list is boundless—from classic literature; fantasy series, including her favorite The Mortal Instruments; to historical fiction—Jenny finds her unique curiosities in each story out of the 11 books she read over the summer. At Webb, she brings her imaginative thinking to the American Society classroom and the museum program, as she takes each big idea from the texts to fight with compassion against the environmental crisis and animal extinctions. At Webb, Jenny will continue to explore her interests as a musician, swimmer, comedy fan, and, more importantly, a journalist who uses writing to amplify student voices on campus.
